- All those arriving passengers must present a negative test at most 72hours from the of sample(date de prelevements) Infants are exempts .If no certificate is presented, passenger must pay US$ 50 for a COVID19 testand for their institutional quarantine until test result is available .If positive, isolate at home if environment is suitable if not institutional isolation at passenger’s own expense.If test is negative, a passenger is allowed home quarantine for 14 days
